10 years later...Miller's Review still the best, and better now.

Miller's review orthopedics got me through residency and initial board certification for Ortho surgery ten years ago. 10 years later the new edition is even better. Better organized, better diagrams, better photos. Terrific testable concept chapter summaries. Great OITE or re/certification preparation.

Terrible formatting makes it almost impossible to read

I was excited to discover a Kindle version of the Miller Review so I could keep the information handy in my white coat pocket. However, I've gotten very little use out of it. The content is the same as the print book, and should be useful as a quick overview of topics, but the layout of the Kindle version is horrendous, making it distracting and difficult to read. Extremely disappointed that the publisher didn't seem to put in any effort forth to actually adapt the content for e-readers.

This book is a great review of orthopaedics but the quality of the book is poor. I have had this book for under 2 months and the spine is already starting tear out.
